Interested? Before you ask…

  • Everything starts with a discovery phase (a few calls) to discuss the scope of work, get super-clear on your goals, expectations, and KPIs, define the deliverables, and address budget and payment details.

    From there, I’ll draft a detailed scope of work (or work off your agreement document) for signature.

    Upon signature, I’ll send you the first invoice. I ask for a 50% upfront payment for me to get started.

    When the first payment is processed, it’s game on!

    1/ Revelation: I get going with the project and do research, a lot of research: interviews, in-field research, culture & social media mining to get immersed in the world of your audience.

    2/ Validation: workshops to validate research findings and test strategic territories to build your brand and validate solutions.

    3/ Definition: progressive thinking and craftmanship to define and plan the biggest growth opportunity.

    Throughout the process, I’ll document progress via Google Docs presentations. You review the work and provide me with feedback until we hit the nail on what will deliver the greatest impact.

    When we are both happy with the results, and money flows both ways, then it becomes the beginning of a long-lasting business partnership. We are in it for the long game.

  • For coaching and consultations, my standard rate is 180 € per hour.

    For project-based fees or retainer types of engagement (which I prefer), a discovery phase will be required to assess the scope, deliverables, and budget.
